If you haven’t heard, WordPress has officially turned 10 years old. Might not seem like a big deal, but in the fast paced world of internet technologies, 10 years is a long time! WordPress went from being a small blogging platform back in 2003, to now a full-fledged content management system, powering approximately 18% of the world’s websites.
As someone who finds myself as part of the “WordPress economy,” it will be interesting to see what the next 10 years has in store for WordPress and the community that has surrounded it around the world.
